| | Subject: Really need some advice | Posted: September 20, 2009 @ 6:27 PM | | hi. my name lindsey. i am hoping that i can soon get going on plus size modeling, i know that i am a little young yet, but the futures not that far away for me. (i have 2 years and 3 months til im 18) i was wondering if you could look at the photo that i have just posted today and let me know what you think. i will hopefully be getting some images of my body very soon. (so you know i wear a 16 jeans in juniors and i am 5 foot 8 inches) i was wondering if someone out there could honestly let me know based on the image i have right now. check out my profile please and let me know what your honest thoughts are.

In order to see what you really look like you need a headshot in good light (outdoors works well) that was taken by someone else. (when you shoot yourself, you tend to get distortion and weird angles).
You also need a head to toe shot in clothing that shows your shape.
If you are 5'8" and a size 16, you would be on the larger end of plus modeling. Most of the models who are on the shorter side (which 5'8" is) are around a size 10-12, although there are exceptions.
