Forget about a modeling coach - you either have it or you don't, and no matter how many times you practice walking a runway, you'll be wasting your time until you get in front of an agent.
The very basics: You need to be at least 5'8", between sizes 8 and 16, be in or near the large markets, be photogenic, be professional, have nerves of steel, a unique look, have amazing hair, skin and teeth, and have a flexible schedule for go-sees and agency visits. Oh yes - you must have a spare few thousand dollars available to you to get your career off the ground - IF you get agency interest, you'll be paying for your test shoots, comp cards, spa visits, gym membership, etc.
Best of luck!
