they both have a wide range of colors. i have this great book from essence mag with alot of great makeup tips
also generally if your lashes are black you would wear a black or brown black mascara but there are colors you can wear for fun.
and as far as eyeliners, you can mix it up with a variety of colors.

I'm currently wearing a Trish McEvoy foundation and I love it but her shades are a bit limited. Becca makes a great line - my Mother is a deep brown woman and I bought her a gorgeous foundation from Becca called Fudge.
