Ok so here we go AGAIN.....
I have a problem...I will be the first to admit it...
I love eyebrows........Seeing as I am a makeup artist and I love all things beauty i have this thing where I need ot constantly update my eybrows...
They can go from stick think to medium length in the span of 6 months...
I just love giving them a new shepe now and again.....ok, too often
ok.....getting to the point....
I love love, love....Did I say love? Kim Kardashian's eybrows and Megan Fox's eyebrows.....
I am like totally obsessed...
Plus I had this wedding prep to do today for a wedding party of 8 and this girl was East Indian and had to have the nicest eybrows EVER....and I must say with the makeup I put on this girl....she was smoking.......
So anyway, this chikita told me she gets her eybrows threated and that she swears by it...
Should I try it?
Have you ladies ever tried it?
Comments please......
Ok...no more long posts like this ...so sorry girls...
As i mentionned...obsessed with eyebrows...hold me back...someone take the freaking tweezers away....please....

You don't have anything to lose.....it's more expensive, it's a cleaner look (if u as me) and it lasts longer....so i say go for it, but make sure u go to someone who knows wut they're doin! |

btw I'm also obsessed with eyebrows...by the way Kim K's eyebrows are nice but after she fills them in....

I didn't want to try it then but I might try it now. I too am obsessed with great eyebrows. I think any plain jane could look smoking by taking great care of their skin (moisturize and drinking lots of water!) and has great eyebrows. |

(Former Tomboy) If you are talk about the method that I think your talk ing about I would say find someone that is totally AWESOME at this. In the girl group home that I used to work in I saw this Puerto Rican girl take some thread and m ake it into this lil cats cradle looking thing and arch her eyebrows. That ish looked like it hurt! Basically it was snatching the hairs out! Well she did an awesome job on herself. I was very jealous of this 16 yr old's eyebrows! But then when she started doing the rest of the girls on the hall..OMG it was like Edward Scissor hands did them! Most of them had big missing sections or one eye brow was thinner than the other...etc SO I saw all that to saw be careful who you allow to do that to you! |
| | | | | | Subject: Eye brows..to thread or not to thread..(Spelling?) | Posted: February 12, 2009 @ 3:29 PM | | I just started threading. I used to wax, but now that I started threading I really do like it. It does take longer than waxing, but I think it's great. I don't have them done, I do it myself. Threading feels similar to plucking, except it's not just one hair at a time. I would say try it. |
| | | | | | Subject: Eye brows..to thread or not to thread..(Spelling?) | Posted: April 6, 2009 @ 7:47 PM | | | I have never done eye brow threading before but I have cousins of mine who have. Threading has been becoming a new epidemic it seems. It's such a popular trend that they're starting to have stands in the malls where they could do it right then and there! I've heard great feed back on it and I've even watched my cousin get her whole face threaded and she won't do it any other way! It's a simple process that may hurt at first, but just like waxing or plucking, you get use to it! I've also heard that it's more preferred by those who have sensitive skin because it's natural and doesn't cause redness. I hope this helps and one day I shall experience it too! (growing your eyebrows out is the hardest part for me!!) |
