Hey ladies....
Ok like ive said im my previous posts Im still learning about make up. I was watching my make up guru on youtube the other night and in reading the comments I read about tinted moisturizer. Now this sounds like something thats right up my alley! Can anyone tell me more about this? Who sells it? Whats a good brand to try that wont break my pockets?? I saw that Rimmel London makes it but on the site it only comes in this pale peachy color. Im a black woman so that wont work. Any suggestions??

I love Sheer Color Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 by Stila. It makes my skin feel and look awesome, plus, it has SPF 15, which is great for your skin. I get it at Sephora, but you can get is on the company's website, at Ulta, or several different stores.

I'm fairly light and don't have much success with Light, Medium and Dark colors - which tinted moisturizers normally come in.

I like the amount of coverage they impart and you can build on them - more for more coverage - less for a sheerer look. Every woman needs one.

I've used the following ones with great success:

Perricone - very natural sheer coverage - close match to skintone but it doesn't have staying power
Clarins - my 2nd favorite
Laura Mercier - a bit heavy for a tinted moisturizer
Trish McEvoy - my fave - it's perfect
Becca's LSC - a bit thick much nice coverage and protection - wide selection of shades

I use the Cover Girl Tinted moisturizer (smoothers) in medium to dark but there is also a drak one...I love it..specially if you have dry/normal skin..if you have oily forget it..but I hope you get to try it..I always find my shade at Walmart for about $7 - good luck.

I bought my first tinted moisturizer this Aug from MAC. It was from the Baby Bloom collection. It was a great match and has spf 15.
