| | Subject: my nurse is leaving | Posted: April 2, 2008 @ 10:13 PM | | I just found out that my day shift nurse will be leaving in a couple of days. He put in for a transfer at another office...I am happy for him because he has worked with Michael for over 7 years. That is very rare, we have been blessed. When he is gone, the wait begins. There is such a shortage of home health nurses that sometimes, you just dont get the service for a long while.
I am very lucky that i work at a school that the principal understands if I have to leave early, so I don't think he will mind if I do that short term I just hope that the agency finds a replacement and that we are compatible...
Michael will have to get used to the change, he really likes david and will miss him. But I think a change is due....but having to get used a new person and hopefully there work ethic is similar to his....david's attendance and performance is excellant....
oh well, what am I going to do
thanks for listening |
