You are very welcome. I feel better even though I haven't lost the weight my doctor wanted. I am supposed to go to the doctor next week for a weigh in so I will know exactly how much I have lost. Last weigh in was 11 pounds. As I am horrible about exercising that is my next goal. I want to start with 15 mins a day 5 times a week. then add 5-10 mins weekly until I am doing a minimum of 1 hour a day 5 times a week. My doctor recommends Splenda as a sugar replacement but I do not. It makes me feel sick so I just use sugar and literally measure it out by the teaspoon. If you have any questions about ways to cut down on salt or sugar feel free to ask me.

I'm new here, just found you guys...

I am so excited. I have well over 100 pounds to shed, My doctor actually mentioned Alli to me, I'm on High Blood Pressure meds so there isn't alot of weight loss aids that are healthy for that,, he likes Alli... After alot of thought, finally, I started Alli on Friday, I am down 7 pounds, 5 depending on what scale i go by... but I'm happy. NO treatment effects, I've been a stickler for writing down every morsel to enter my mouth, along with fat/calories, if I don't know it I look it up and when In doubt I overestimate a little. The only 2 parameters I have worried about is fat grams per 2 hour window when I take the pill (hour before and hour after) and calorie limit per day....again, NO treatment affects at all yet...so happy happy over here!

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with not taking a pill if you know you want to go eat out for a meal that will definately be higher fat.... makes sense right/ ? as long as you don't do it all the time?.... I was thinking give myself one meal per week maybe 2 and thats it. Do you think it will undermine my inital weight loss?, i don't want to break that cycle just yet.. lol
