| | Subject: Lindora | Posted: September 16, 2009 @ 6:53 PM | | I recently joined Lindora four weeks ago. Since then, I've lost 11-12 lbs. I was doing great at first, the pounds really seemed to come right off (especially the first week!) But now in my fourth week, and almost half way done, I'm slowing down and just can't lose weight.
I have to admit, I'm not following the plan to a T, but I am DEFINITELY eating healthy and exercising. I am beginning to become frustrated with my weight and feel hopeless. Am I destined to be fat and die because of it?
Does anyone have any tips that has been on Lindora, or tips in general? I almost feel like there's something that is holding me back from losing weight, internally. They did blood work when I joined and everything was normal. It just can't be because I am eating bad, because I am definitely eating 110% better!
