Hi I'm Elizabeth. I'm 19 and in the past three year I have gone from a size 14 to a size 22. I've recently made the choice to change my habits and get back down to what I used to be. Any ideas, imput and words of encouagment would be great! I've started eating better and a lot less, and my parter and I have taken up tennis and a daily walk to the park with our pug. I feel better already and it's only been two days. Usually my attempts last about a week (if that) and fizzle off. I will not go on a diet because they don't work, I'm looking for a healthy way to change my eating habits. Anything helps. Thanks!
