| | Subject: life changes | Posted: November 18, 2008 @ 8:10 PM | | So... last week I made the choice to lose weight before my trip San Diego next summer. i know i will be going to the beach and i know i will be very uncomfortable if i don't like the way i look in a bathing suit. so for the past week i have been walking in the mornings and i wal ka mile and at night i work out to the biggest loser. i know i will not be a size 2. i am a big girl and i can not see my self at that size. i have a very long road ahead of me. i am not doing this all for the trip, i am also doing this for my health. i am 19 years old and have high blood pressure due to my weight and i am also in the being stages of being a diabetic. i dont want this i have talked to my doctor and he agrees that if i lose weight now this thing can be reversed. so i am doing what i have to do to live longer. so thats about it...

It took me a long time to get to this decision and im glad that i finally made. It took me so long because i wanted to do it for myself and not anyone else. I know its gonna be hard and i def. dont want to do it alone...i think i actually want to find a support group. But i support you and i hope you reach your goal.
