I know I've recently gained some weight because my clothes are tighter, but I don't know how much. I know I'm quite a bit under 300 lbs. Does anyone know a good scale (hopefully less than $50)? Also, how often should I weigh myself as I'm trying to lose weight? I'm thinking once a week, but I know I'll probably be on every day (which is why I don't currently own a scale). |
