| | Subject: Exercise Groups | Posted: August 25, 2008 @ 10:10 PM | | Do you work out/exercise in a group or with a partner? I'm thinking about getting a group together once or twice a week at my church, either to walk around the parking lot for 30 minutes or to do exercise videos (we have a big empty fellowship hall). I just feel so much more motivated when I know other people are counting on me to be there.
So tell me . . . do you have an exercise buddy or group? How does it work for you and what exercises do you do? |
