| | Subject: Casting for Plus Size Women - NYC | Posted: August 12, 2009 @ 8:51 AM | | Please note this is an open call and we do not require a fee. During the casting someone will be there to greet you with a sign-in sheet and give you an audition number. Following that you will be asked to pose for a snapshot with your number. Then you will proceed to the next room where you will be asked to walk the runway. A designer will be present to take accurate measurement, if necessary. The entire process should not take more than 10 mins per candidate (this does not include wait time).
Please bring the following items with you:
Photos (if applicable): professional shots are not a requirement – snapshots are acceptable.
Resume (if applicable)
Pair of shoes with heels at least 3 ½ - 4 inches in height (NO stacked heels, heavy or chunky shoes).
Please wear minimal makeup. Hair must be as natural as possible and in excellent condition.
Clothing: wear something simple that shows your figure and makes you feel confident!
**Note there will be no call backs or other auditions. Models chosen will be contacted during the first week of September.
